Program Coordinator (Energy Efficiency)

Location: Hybrid role reporting to the Lakewood, New Jersey area; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $19.55–$27.25 per hour; $25.00 per hour also listed.

What you will do

• Schedule and track projects for technicians, auditors, account managers, and program or operations staff.
• Track and verify program paperwork, files, correspondence, and other documentation.
• Process payments and maintain accurate program records.
• Enter, gather, and track data while ensuring data quality.
• Export predefined reports and support staff meetings and program operations.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience working with Microsoft Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or immigration support.
• Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.
