Strategic Sourcer – Fulfillment (AI)

Location: Remote from Mexico, Brazil, or the Philippines; regular U.S. hours or U.S. time-zone overlap may be required.

What you will do

• Design and execute sourcing strategies for specialized, hard-to-reach, and high-volume contributor needs.
• Use communities, professional networks, referrals, and non-traditional channels to identify and engage contributors.
• Translate project requirements into targeted searches and adapt sourcing approaches as needs evolve.
• Report sourcing progress, challenges, market feedback, and potential risks.
• Analyze sourcing and conversion data to identify bottlenecks, test approaches, and improve performance.
• Apply AI and automation to research, outreach, analysis, and sourcing workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong research, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to develop new sourcing approaches when traditional methods are ineffective.
• Experience using sourcing data and funnel metrics to inform decisions and improve results.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing for AI, data, or crowdsourcing projects.
• Experience sourcing linguists, translators, or other language profiles across markets.
• Experience working with global or distributed teams across time zones.
• Flexibility to work regular U.S. hours or provide U.S. overlap from another time zone.
