Senior Customer Solutions Engineer (Edge AI)

Location: United Arab Emirates, remote; willingness to travel for on-site and in-country deployments across Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East region is required.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end deployment, configuration, platform bring-up, and production-readiness validation for Atlas, Galleon with AEP, Leviathan AI Factory, and Bridge GPU-as-a-Service.
• Own customer environments after go-live as the primary technical contact, driving adoption, operational maturity, retention, and expansion.
• Create and manage Joint Success Plans aligned with deployment milestones, business objectives, risk management, and value tracking.
• Troubleshoot live production environments across hardware, networking, Kubernetes, storage, and GPU layers.
• Support sovereign data, security, compliance, audit, access-control, and governance requirements.
• Mentor regional deployment and technical account engineers while improving runbooks, standards, and cross-functional execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, SRE, forward-deployed engineering, or technical account roles.
• Demonstrated ability to combine hands-on delivery with long-term technical customer ownership.
• Deep expertise in Linux, networking, Kubernetes, storage, and GPU-accelerated compute.
• Strong production troubleshooting skills and experience with regulated or high-stakes customers.
• Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East region.
• Clear, confident communication with executive, engineering, IT, OT, and security stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with edge computing, modular data centers, distributed infrastructure, AI workloads, GPU clusters, or high-performance computing.
• Exposure to sovereign or national-scale customer environments.
• Experience operating in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or across the Middle East.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and owning outcomes end to end.
