What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable design systems to support product growth, consistency, and usability.
• Design and evolve reusable components, patterns, and design tokens based on real product requirements.
• Own the design system roadmap and prioritize improvements to maintain high quality standards.
• Conduct UI reviews and design quality checks to ensure consistency between concepts and implementation.
• Partner with product designers, frontend engineers, and QA specialists for accurate implementation.
• Create and maintain clear documentation and guidelines for component usage and design workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product, UI, or Design System Designer.
• Proven experience owning and scaling design systems within a product company.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including variables, libraries, and branching workflows.
• Strong UI design skills and a deep understanding of scalable component-based systems.
• Solid UX knowledge and ability to balance user needs with technical constraints.
• Must be based in Switzerland.

Nice to have

• Experience creating or managing multi-brand design systems.
• Familiarity with Storybook or other design-to-code workflows.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and modern frontend practices.
• Experience in complex product ecosystems such as iGaming or fintech.
• Experience mentoring designers or establishing design system practices.
