Global IDT Projects Senior Analyst

What you will do

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple global indirect tax projects.
• Manage assigned project activities, milestones, deliverables, and documentation with minimal supervision.
• Assess the process and systems impact of global indirect tax regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with regional indirect tax teams on project execution and data gathering.
• Prepare status updates and stakeholder materials while maintaining awareness of global tax developments.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external advisors and develop an understanding of hirify.global’s indirect tax touchpoints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, tax, finance, business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in tax, finance, accounting, compliance, or project support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with global stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, learn quickly, and work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ownership, accountability, initiative, and effective collaboration.

Nice to have

• Exposure to indirect taxes such as VAT, GST, or sales and use tax.
• Experience with projects, process improvements, or systems.
• ERP experience, preferably SAP, and exposure to tax or reporting tools.
