Location: Hamburg, Germany; hybrid work with the option to work from abroad for up to 30 calendar days per year

What you will do
- Support and lead finance transformation and optimization projects.
- Analyze, develop, and standardize end-to-end processes across Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Purchase-to-Pay.
- Implement and further develop ERP and finance systems, including digital reporting and controlling solutions.
- Design and implement automation solutions such as RPA.
- Identify efficiency opportunities and deliver sustainable improvement measures.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Controlling, Tax, Accounts Receivable Management, IT, and external partners while supporting change management.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, economics, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in finance transformation, consulting, or a project-oriented finance function.
- Strong knowledge of finance processes and end-to-end optimization.
- Experience leading complex projects and interdisciplinary teams.
- Very good understanding of ERP systems, such as SAP S/4HANA, and reporting solutions.
