Salary: $202,500–$274,000 per year, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the technical vision for agent-initiated settlement, edge AI-driven on-device financial agents, or portable verifiable trust.
• Lead architecture and technical design for production-grade fintech integration protocols.
• Anticipate cross-system risks across dependencies and capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, domain, and compliance stakeholders to move proof points toward product releases.
• Shape strategic investment in frontier technologies and influence broader engineering direction.
• Mentor engineers and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years developing software in large-scale business environments and 5+ years designing complex distributed systems.
• End-to-end ownership of complex technical domains and experience setting direction for other engineers.
• Experience with agent-driven development, agentic observability, and reliable autonomous code navigation and modification.
• Deep expertise in payments and settlement, edge AI, or identity and trust systems.
• Fluency with Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node, and Kubernetes-based runtimes such as AWS EKS.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with open standards bodies or protocol working groups.
• Experience taking new technical capabilities through compliance or legal review to beta or sandbox release.
• Hands-on edge AI or on-device deployment experience, including model compression, inference pipelines, or wearable integration.
