Senior Data Platform Developer (AI Platform)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, USA, with a flexible hybrid work model supporting both in-person and virtual work. Home-based work requires a reliable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain machine learning platforms, models, generative AI applications, and agents.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting services for AI platform infrastructure.
• Build scalable processes to enrich big data with telematics data.
• Work with data scientists and internal teams to design infrastructure and data integration solutions.
• Create and maintain architecture, requirements, and process-flow documentation.
• Support the integration of newly developed AI platforms across internal services and customer-facing production applications.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in software development or a similar role.
• 3–5 years of experience building production-level systems with Python.
• 3–5 years of experience developing and maintaining production services on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• 1–5 years of experience designing and maintaining production containerization with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Knowledge of AI/ML platforms such as Ray, Vertex AI, and Bedrock, and familiarity with big data environments such as Google BigQuery.

Nice to have

• Experience fine-tuning and self-hosting vision large language models.
• Familiarity with generative AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and LiteLLM.
• Experience with OpenSpec, Ralph, Agent Sandbox, and Sourcegraph.
