Quality Assurance Lead (QA Automation)

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Salary: €70,000–€75,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and own the enterprise QA and testing strategy across multiple products and delivery teams.
• Establish consistent testing standards, frameworks, governance and release quality processes.
• Lead automation across frontend, backend, APIs and integrations.
• Drive shift-left and continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines.
• Define regression, performance, security and reliability testing approaches, including acceptance criteria and release thresholds.
• Coach testing teams and partner with product, engineering, design, business teams and Digital Leads.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in QA, testing or quality engineering, including 3–5+ years in QA leadership.
• Experience defining QA strategy across multiple products or delivery teams.
• Strong test automation experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or RestAssured.
• Strong API and integration testing experience.
• Experience integrating testing into CI/CD environments such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
• Experience with quality governance, release processes, stakeholder management and risk-sensitive delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance testing tools such as k6, JMeter or Gatling.
• Experience in healthcare, financial services, SaaS or another regulated environment.
• Exposure to FHIR, clinical systems or enterprise integration platforms.
