Customer Success Coordinator - German Speaker (VIE Contract) (SaaS)

Location: Barcelona, Spain — hybrid, with 8 days per month in the office.

What you will do

• Support the regional implementation and operational management of hirify.global programs for global customers in the DACH region.
• Deliver platform demonstrations, buyer training, program reports, presentations, and data analysis.
• Build customer relationships, respond to requests, resolve user issues, and support customer advocacy.
• Coordinate with Customer Care, Operations, Product, Sales, and other departments to resolve customer challenges.
• Lead or contribute to customer-focused and internal projects that standardize processes and improve efficiency.
• Share best practices and contribute to a positive, high-quality customer success service.

Requirements

• Previous customer support experience, preferably with large accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English are required.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, time-management, and autonomous working skills.
• Good Excel and data analysis skills, including the ability to turn data into presentations and actionable insights.
• Computer literacy with Google Suite, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, AI tools, and project management tools.
• Interest in sustainability, customer relationships, and international multicultural collaboration.

Nice to have

• Education in supply chain, sustainability, business, or a related field.
• Fluency in French, Italian, or Polish.
• Knowledge of procurement systems or SaaS solutions.
