What you will do

• Manage the onboarding of a dedicated portfolio of new clients from A to Z.
• Host 1:1 consulting sessions to guide customers through software implementation.
• Ensure new customers realize product value quickly to drive long-term success.
• Proactively reach out to clients to ensure onboarding goals are met in a timely manner.
• Identify and address critical customer issues to improve retention and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain.
• Native Spanish proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in client communication (e.g., call center, hospitality, or events).
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Tech-savvy mindset with strong organization and time management skills.
