Technician Lead, Service Operations, Labs (Robotics)

Location: 100% onsite in Mesa, Arizona, United States. The role operates on AM or PM shifts with weekend coverage; the permanent shift is assigned based on business needs.

What you will do

• Lead the technician team in meeting fleet uptime, repair, and daily output goals while performing complex robotic diagnostics and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair intricate electrical systems, control units, and related hardware at the component level.
• Own service-center workflows, documentation standards, shift handovers, and process improvements.
• Lead medium- and high-complexity projects focused on fleet uptime and reliability.
• Act as the primary point of responsibility for systemic hardware troubleshooting and escalate critical bottlenecks to engineering.
• Translate operational key results into shift tasks, assign work, remove blockers, and report fleet-health trends to leadership.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of service work experience.
• Prior vehicle or fleet service experience.
• Strong experience with work order management systems and accurate, timely work order completion.
• Excellent communication, documentation, data analysis, and critical-thinking skills.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle record check are required.
• Ability to work onsite in Mesa, Arizona, on an AM or PM shift with weekend coverage.

• Experience leading or training technicians.
• Experience building and implementing scalable service solutions.
