Advanced Brokerage Operations Professional, Licensed (Remote)

Location: Remote; US-specific regulatory and benefits requirements apply.

Salary: $22.92–$31.01 per hour.

What you will do

• Answer member and field professional calls and process new account documents, maintenance requests, transfers, and distributions.
• Analyze and process complex and non-routine brokerage transactions, including items that are not in good order.
• Manage workflow, provide functional coverage, and collaborate with brokerage operations and service teams.
• Maintain knowledge of brokerage products, affiliated systems, and operational procedures.
• Communicate account status clearly and provide timely, accurate customer service.
• Support quality assessments, policy and procedure development, and department service standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 1–2 years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and financial reporting tools.
• Experience with Envestnet, Wealthscape, NetX360, or related wealth management systems.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63/65 or Series 66 licenses required, or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work day and/or evening shifts based on volume forecasts.

Nice to have

• College degree or equivalent experience in a brokerage or advisory environment.
• Three or more years of customer service experience.
• Two or more years of industry experience.
