TL;DR
AI Software Developer (AI/Python): Designing, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered applications, agentic solutions, and enterprise knowledge systems for a nationwide fiber-optic network expansion program with an accent on process automation, engineering productivity, and operational efficiency. Focus on building multi-agent systems and Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions, integrating AI into enterprise platforms, and moving proof-of-concept solutions into scalable, production-ready systems.
Location: Remote work is available only from Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.
Salary: Negotiable base salary based on seniority and experience, with variable compensation and additional financial benefits. Base salary starts at €2,000 gross per month.

What you will do
- Design, develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain AI-powered applications, copilots, and agentic solutions.
- Build multi-agent systems and Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions using context engineering, embeddings, and vector-based retrieval.
- Integrate AI services with business applications, workflows, and enterprise platforms through APIs and modern integration patterns.
- Work with structured and unstructured data, including document processing, data preparation, and data pipelines.
- Transition proofs of concept into reliable production systems while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and operational stability.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to turn business needs into practical AI solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development, data science, or a related technical field.
- Recent hands-on experience with AI-powered applications, agentic solutions, or LLM-based systems.
- Strong Python skills and knowledge of software engineering practices, including version control, code review, automated testing, and CI/CD.
- Experience with RAG, context engineering, embeddings, vector retrieval, enterprise search, structured and unstructured data, and document processing.
- Experience deploying cloud applications with modern containerization technologies and supporting systems through production operations and continuous improvement.
- Professional working proficiency in English, written and spoken; remote work requires residence in Slovakia.
Nice to have
- Experience with GitLab or comparable DevOps platforms.
- Google Cloud Platform experience, especially in data, AI/ML, integration, or application deployment.
- Experience with Palantir Foundry, MLOps, LLMOps, AI evaluation, monitoring, or production lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of vector search, semantic search, or enterprise knowledge retrieval.
- Experience in telecommunications, infrastructure rollout, construction, engineering, or complex enterprise environments.
