What you will do

• Support field visits, assessments, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Develop practical tools, exercises, and learning materials.
• Organise workshops, site visits, and stakeholder activities.
• Document observations, project insights, and lessons from fieldwork.
• Support research, mapping, and analysis related to agriculture and food systems.
• Connect field realities with broader programmes, projects, and initiatives.

Requirements

• Background or genuine interest in agriculture, regenerative farming, food production, processing, hospitality, HORECA, rural development, food systems, sustainability, policy, organisational improvement, or project work.
• Curiosity about how farms, food businesses, kitchens, cooperatives, and local initiatives operate in practice.
• Strong attention to detail and practical judgement.
• Clear and respectful communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while combining fieldwork with analytical thinking.
• Must be based in Türkiye for the remote role.
