Director - Financial Planning & Analysis (Fintech)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in-office.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end P&L management and forecasting for the Regulatory Technology product portfolio.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis cycles and provide actionable recommendations.
• Build financial models and business cases for investments, strategic initiatives, and portfolio performance.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Client Success, and Strategy teams to align financial planning with business priorities.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of finance professionals.
• Contribute financial expertise to strategic projects with broad organizational scope.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams and drive accountability.
• Strong experience influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven analysis and strategic insight.
• Experience with P&L management, forecasting frameworks, financial modeling, and performance reporting in a complex, matrixed organization.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or professional certification such as MBA, CFA, or CPA.
• Experience in financial technology, capital markets, or regulatory technology.
• Exposure to global teams and cross-border business environments.
