Junior Quality Manager (m/f/d) (Furniture)

Location: Munich, Germany; hybrid setup with 3 office days per week

What you will do

• Analyse supplier and product performance data to identify priorities for quality improvement.
• Collaborate with Buying, Creative, Engineering, customer service, delivery service, and design service teams to resolve product quality issues.
• Use AI-driven tools and automation to improve quality tracking, data analysis, and reporting.
• Develop and refine product quality standards for existing portfolios and new projects.
• Build relationships with suppliers across Asia and Europe and guide corrective action processes.
• Act as the main contact for product quality issues within assigned product categories.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a focus on manufacturing or quality management, or completed vocational training in manufacturing, furniture craftsmanship, or upholstery.
• At least 1 year of experience in quality management or as a furniture craftsman.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
• Fluent English required.
