SAP SuccessFactors Time-Off Consultant (SAP SuccessFactors)

Location: Hybrid work once per week in Braga, Coimbra or Lisbon, Portugal. Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit, is required.

What you will do

• Configure and deliver SAP SuccessFactors Time-Off solutions.
• Support end-to-end Time-Off implementations from design through deployment.
• Translate client requirements into effective Employee Central configurations.
• Consult with clients and collaborate with international partners.
• Provide ongoing expertise and contribute to successful project delivery.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Proven knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors Time-Off module.
• Experience with at least three end-to-end Time-Off implementations.
• Fluent English at B2/C1 level is mandatory.
• Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit, is required for the hybrid arrangement.

Nice to have

• Portuguese proficiency at least at B2 level.
