TL;DR
Junior Consultant SAP Sales & Services (SAP): Supporting and optimizing SAP sales, service, materials management, and logistics processes with an accent on requirements analysis, SAP customizing, and stakeholder coordination. Focus on configuring system changes, resolving complex application issues, and supporting SAP projects across international environments.
Location: Hybrid work in Greater Lisbon or Porto, Portugal, with office presence 2–3 times per week.

What you will do
- Consult and support the Application Owner in SAP environments.
- Analyze and document business, process, and technical requirements.
- Recommend solutions aligned with IT strategy and coordinate system changes with stakeholders.
- Perform SAP customizing and optimize business processes.
- Provide second-level support and coordinate third-level support through external partners.
- Participate in SAP projects and train key users.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems.
- Strong experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, particularly SD, MM, and logistics.
- Solid knowledge of business processes and SAP customizing.
- Analytical, structured approach to work and confident communication in international environments.
- Full business proficiency in English is required.
- Residence in Greater Lisbon or Porto and availability for regular office attendance are required.
