What you will do
- Implement FinOps strategies, policies, and best practices aligned with group standards.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize cloud service costs and usage across multiple platforms.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization targets, and product financial processes.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Architecture stakeholders to identify savings opportunities without compromising service quality.
- Produce reporting and insights on cloud expenditure, trends, and anomalies while improving cost visibility and accountability.
- Implement tools and automations for cost tracking, reporting, and optimization.
Requirements
- Solid experience in FinOps, cloud cost management, or cloud financial analysis.
- Experience with cloud operations or financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud billing frameworks.
- Experience with IT Asset Management or Cost Accounting.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
- Fluent English and the ability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon are required.
Nice to have
- Experience with IBM Cloudability.
- Background in Computer Science and Finance.
- AWS, Microsoft Azure, or FinOps Foundation certifications.
