Location: Barcelona Hub, Spain; hybrid arrangement with the option to work remotely for up to 50% of the month.

What you will do
- Drive continuity of supply by anticipating risks and mitigating their impact on customers and markets.
- Support stock allocation and prioritization decisions during constrained supply situations.
- Connect factories, markets, and planning teams to align priorities and resolve supply chain challenges.
- Use scenario analysis and data-driven insights to influence cross-functional business decisions.
- Develop analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting capabilities to improve supply chain visibility.
- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for service, inventory, and planning performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience in Supply Chain Planning, including DRP, Supply Planning, Material Planning, MPS, or similar.
- Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
- Advanced Power BI capabilities, including data modelling, dashboard development, and reporting.
- Professional proficiency in English and availability to work from the Barcelona Hub, Spain.
Nice to have
- Data engineering experience.
- Experience supporting AI-enabled or data-centric organizational initiatives.
