Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, with in-person work three days per week and residence within commuting distance of a hub. Relocation support may be available for certain roles.

What you will do
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of eight Inventory Operations specialists across flights, ground transportation, and stays.
- Diagnose complex supplier, GDS, API, and content issues while remaining hands-on with technical operational work.
- Establish standards, tooling, governance frameworks, and scalable processes across all supported inventory verticals.
- Define success metrics, analyze operational data, and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Represent Inventory Operations in cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, and supplier-facing teams.
- Drive AI adoption in team workflows and measure improvements in efficiency and content quality.
Requirements
- Experience managing or informally leading teams, developing people, and improving team operations.
- Working knowledge of travel inventory systems, GDS/NDC content, booking flows, supplier APIs, or comparable backend systems.
- 4+ years of experience in operations, travel technology, or supplier management.
- Ability to connect operational priorities with business outcomes and make strategic trade-offs.
- Experience designing scalable processes, operational frameworks, and standards.
- Professional English is required; English is the official office language.
