Senior Analyst (KFSUK Finance)

What you will do

• Own the month-end close process, P&L and balance sheet reporting, and daily safeguarding reconciliations.
• Prepare management accounts and reporting packs for internal stakeholders, the Consumer Credit and Finance Committee, and the KFSUK Board.
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting, and develop long-term financial models for P&L, balance sheet, capital, and liquidity.
• Monitor cash and intercompany balances and lead KFSUK's annual stress-testing process.
• Support tax, transfer pricing, governance, VAT, corporate tax, and service fee activities.
• Coordinate support for statutory, safeguarding, and other external audits while contributing to strategic initiatives for the UK market.

Requirements

• Qualified finance professional with ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent certification.
• Post-qualification experience in a regulated financial services environment.
• Hands-on experience with month-end close, management reporting, or regulatory reporting.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, including work with large datasets.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
• CV must be provided in English.

• Experience with treasury, capital, or liquidity management.
• Familiarity with tax compliance and FCA regulatory reporting.
• Experience with transfer pricing, intercompany governance, or statutory and safeguarding audits.
