What you will do
- Manage and optimize value flow across cross-platform releases, iterations, and Program Increments.
- Facilitate PI planning, tribe-wide backlog refinement, roadmap preparation, synchronization events, and quarterly reviews.
- Coordinate squads, Scrum Masters, tribe leadership, PMO, Solution Architects, Operations, and other tribes to resolve dependencies and impediments.
- Track features, capabilities, agile metrics, incidents, bugs, and roadmap execution against agreed service levels.
- Implement and improve agile SDLC processes, collaboration practices, and supporting tooling across the platform.
- Directly manage Scrum Masters through mentoring, performance management, feedback, recruitment participation, and probation follow-through.
Requirements
- 5+ years of delivery, project, or programme management experience.
- Experience with SaaS products, iterative value-driven releases, and cross-functional technology teams.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools, especially Jira and Confluence, as well as common collaboration tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, formal communication, leadership, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving.
- Advanced English language proficiency required.
- Professional Scrum Master certification at level 1, 2, or 3.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the SAFe framework.
- Development or QA background.
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies and test plan implementation.
- Experience designing sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, or flowcharts.
- ITIL certification.
