Consultant in Energy and Utilities

Location: Brussels, Belgium. Temporary assignments abroad may include France and The Netherlands.

What you will do

• Contribute to transformation projects for energy and utilities clients.
• Structure and analyze data, conduct benchmarks, and synthesize findings into actionable conclusions.
• Conduct interviews and facilitate client workshops.
• Map business processes and prepare functional specifications.
• Take on team support responsibilities and contribute to knowledge-sharing activities.
• Participate in temporary international assignments when required.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 0–3 years of consulting experience.
• Strong interest in the energy sector and data- and AI-related topics.
• Analytical, autonomous, dynamic, rigorous, and results-oriented approach.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English required; German is a plus.

Nice to have

• First successful and relevant professional experience.
• Fluent German.
