Junior Engineer (Energy)

Location: Brussels, Belgium; temporary assignments abroad may include France and the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Support transformation projects for clients across multiple industries, with a focus on energy.
• Structure intelligent data, perform analyses, develop benchmarks, and synthesize findings into actionable conclusions.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, map processes, and prepare functional specifications.
• Take on team support responsibilities and progressively assume greater ownership of project assignments.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops, publications, and seminars.
• Collaborate with consultants and client stakeholders to deliver measurable project results.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience as a consultant.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interest in energy, data, and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English required.
• Unable to provide a work permit for this position.

Nice to have

• Fluent German.
• Previous relevant professional experience.
