Senior License Management Services Specialist (Software Asset Management)

What you will do

• Perform comprehensive analysis for POA/SaaS reviews and interpret complex license and support service agreements.
• Work with large data sets to validate software usage and entitlements.
• Manage audit announcements and act as the primary point of contact for license compliance engagements.
• Conduct customer interviews to understand technical environments and deployments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Support teams to execute compliance reviews.
• Generate clear reports and presentations for multiple stakeholder levels.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in IT, Finance, or Accounting.
• Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria for hybrid work.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, specifically strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with customer contracts.
• Knowledge of license compliance and auditing practices.
