Legal Counsel (Fintech)

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Annual base salary: PLN 177,400–224,350, plus potential variable compensation and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Advise management and business units on commercial contract law and business operations across EMEA.
• Draft, review, and negotiate customer, vendor, and other commercial agreements.
• Manage local, regional, and global transactional negotiations in line with business objectives.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Product Development, Security, and Compliance.
• Support GDPR compliance, data privacy matters, and related negotiations or regulatory matters.
• Create legal templates, policies, procedures, standard documents, and training sessions.

Requirements

• Master of Laws degree from a European university, equivalent to Master 2 or LL.M.
• Approximately five years of relevant experience in commercial transactions, ideally in a SaaS or technology company.
• Professional proficiency in French and English is required for contract negotiation and international collaboration.
• Experience working in an international team and managing commercial contracts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, ethical judgment, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
