Sales Promoter Team Leader - Magelang (Financial Services)

Location: Onsite placement in Yogyakarta–Magelang, Indonesia, with daily merchant visits and shift-based work.

What you will do

• Manage sales targets and ensure promotional programs are executed effectively across the assigned area.
• Visit merchants daily and maintain strong relationships with store PICs.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams on sales data, competitor activity, and field issues.
• Lead and monitor the daily activities of 15–20 Sales Promoters.
• Conduct initial and refresher training for the field team.
• Ensure promotional point-of-purchase materials are properly placed in stores.

Requirements

• Onsite placement in Yogyakarta–Magelang, Indonesia with availability for shifting work.
• Senior High School or Diploma qualification in any field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team and sales area.
• Good communication and marketing skills, including social media marketing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales within financial services, insurance, unit trusts, or a related field.
