What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design for Accounts & Activation, Monetization, and Permissions.
• Design account setup, workspace management, privacy, roles, activation, billing, paywalls, upgrades, credit reporting, localization, and consumption workflows.
• Define scalable permission structures, sharing models, and platform experiences across a complex SaaS ecosystem.
• Frame ambiguous problems, identify opportunities, influence roadmaps, and manage design risks.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Use research, data, prototyping, systems thinking, AI-assisted design, and coded prototypes to validate solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Product Design experience.
• Experience designing complex SaaS products, enterprise platforms, and interconnected workflows.
• Strong systems thinking and experience with accounts, activation, monetization, permissions, billing, consumption, or similar platform domains.
• Strong prototyping skills and advanced experience with Figma or equivalent design tools.
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams and using AI tools or coded prototypes.
• Advanced English proficiency and residence in Latin America (LATAM) with availability for remote collaboration with international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-powered products or experiences.
• Experience with Cursor, Claude, or similar AI-assisted development and prototyping tools.
• Experience contributing to product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Experience mentoring or supporting other designers.
