Senior Full Stack Developer (Ruby on Rails, React)

What you will do

• Develop and refine full-stack services, applications, and tools using Ruby on Rails and React.
• Build and integrate backend and frontend components for an interactive 3D modeling product.
• Design technical approaches, evaluate trade-offs, and solve complex scalability and performance challenges.
• Define, develop, test, and roll out product features in collaboration with product managers and technical experts.
• Work with Product, Design, Analytics, Legal, and engineering stakeholders to refine requirements and align delivery.
• Improve engineering processes, system efficiency, and team productivity through best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying web applications.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React, plus JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with RESTful architectures or GraphQL APIs and scalable, secure interface design.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Proficiency in cloud environments including AWS or Google Cloud.
• Technical and team leadership experience, including ownership of features from concept through final delivery.

• Mobile development experience with React Native.
