What you will do

• Lead solution architecture for Oracle Cloud SCM transformation programs across aerospace, defense, and complex manufacturing.
• Run client workshops and business process discovery sessions, translating requirements into scalable future-state solutions.
• Design end-to-end solutions covering Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Logistics, Planning, integrations, and enterprise architecture.
• Guide implementation activities including configuration strategy, testing, training, change management, data migration, deployment, and post-production support.
• Advise executive stakeholders on supply chain transformation, technology modernization, and operational improvement.
• Support business development through go-to-market strategy, solution demonstrations, proposals, estimates, executive briefings, and Statements of Work.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Oracle Supply Chain Management implementation and consulting experience, including 5+ years leading Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Logistics, and Planning.
• Extensive Aerospace & Defense experience with OEMs, defense contractors, aviation organizations, government suppliers, or complex industrial manufacturers.
• Strong knowledge of program-based manufacturing, ETO, MTO, CTO, strategic sourcing, inventory optimization, planning, logistics, supplier collaboration, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading end-to-end implementations, cross-functional global teams, architecture governance, systems integration, and compliance-driven operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; experience with pre-sales, pursuits, proposals, commercial estimates, RFPs/RFQs, and executive communication required.

• Oracle Cloud certifications in two or more SCM functional areas.
