Senior Associate - Strategy and Operations

Location: San Francisco, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Chicago, IL; or United States - Remote

Salary: $87,000–$128,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Build playbooks, models, processes, and tools that accelerate growth in new business lines.
• Measure and grow merchant volume, wallet share, and deal performance.
• Analyze business opportunities using data-driven, first-principles methods.
• Develop recommendations on identification, sizing, pricing, impact, and root causes.
• Work cross-functionally with business development, account management, logistics, and operations teams.
• Prioritize partner needs and design solutions that balance speed, quality, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Strong cross-functional skills and experience managing projects across multiple teams.
• Ability to drive multiple workstreams, take ownership, and act with urgency.
• Strong organization, process discipline, and documentation skills.
• Experience in eCommerce and/or logistics.
• Curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
