AEM Architect (Adobe Experience Manager)

Salary: CAD 110,000–125,000 yearly

What you will do

• Design and implement secure, scalable, performant, and maintainable AEM architectures for enterprise digital experiences.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Gather requirements and translate business and technical needs into AEM solutions.
• Oversee AEM integrations with enterprise applications and third-party platforms.
• Define performance optimization strategies involving caching, CDN integration, and code optimization.
• Create technical roadmaps, conduct architecture and code reviews, and develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT experience and proven experience as an AEM Architect on enterprise-scale implementations.
• At least three large-scale AEM implementations and hands-on experience with AEM 6.4, AEM 6.5, or AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Deep knowledge of Apache Sling, Apache Felix, OSGi, Oak Repository, and HTL.
• Experience building AEM Sites and Assets solutions, AEM integrations, and customizations.
• Strong Java development skills and experience designing highly scalable REST APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, automated deployment pipelines, and AWS environments.

Nice to have

• Adobe Experience Manager Architect Certification.
• Experience with AEM Cloud Service and headless AEM architectures.
• Experience with enterprise content management platforms and digital experience ecosystems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
