Director of Quality Engineering - Growth and Corporate Functions Segment (Healthcare)

Location: Remote New York, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required.

Salary: $156,600–$215,400 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead software testing and quality engineering for information systems products and services.
• Ensure products meet organizational standards and end-user requirements.
• Lead complex defect investigation, documentation, resolution, and progress reporting.
• Perform workflow analysis and recommend quality and process improvements.
• Develop future-state quality models and support strategic plans, goals, and objectives.
• Provide quality engineering expertise to technical writers and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology field.
• Extensive experience in information technology.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing a team.
• Expertise in software testing methodologies.
• Track record of leading quality improvement initiatives.
• Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE) designation.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a technology field.
