Salary: $88,000–$103,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Support senior Customer Success Managers with daily operations for strategic enterprise and gig economy accounts.
• Track open items, follow up on customer requests, and maintain accurate account records in Salesforce and internal systems.
• Prepare customer meeting materials, business reviews, and executive check-ins.
• Monitor account health signals and identify risks or opportunities for the account team.
• Troubleshoot customer issues in partnership with Support, Operations, and Engineering.
• Contribute to internal projects that improve service for strategic accounts.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in a client-facing, customer success, or account support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and reliable follow-through with minimal oversight.
• Comfort using Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Bias for action, resilience in ambiguity, and ownership of meaningful outcomes.
• Availability to work from the San Francisco office at least 3 days per week.
