What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical strategy for accounts, from initial discovery through production deployment.
• Design scalable, production-grade solutions spanning data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer architects, engineering leads, and Directors.
• Drive platform adoption and technical wins by demonstrating differentiation through custom solutions.
• Develop a specialized technical archetype to become a go-to resource within the team.
• Orchestrate cross-functional resources to deliver comprehensive solutions for complex customer needs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in solutions architecture, data engineering, or a senior hands-on technical role.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python and SQL, including live coding and debugging skills.
• Deep expertise in distributed data systems, lakehouse patterns, and cloud-native data platforms.
• Experience with production deployments on public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Ability to travel to customers 30% of the time.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline.

• Databricks certifications (Data Engineer, ML, Platform).
