Data Scientist (Machine Learning)

Salary: $110,000–$117,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Develop, optimize, deploy, monitor, and improve machine learning models for time series forecasting and predictive analytics.
• Perform feature engineering, data model optimization, and evaluation using MAPE, RMSE, R², and other metrics.
• Build data pipelines and large-scale integrations with PySpark, SQL, cloud services, and ETL platforms.
• Use Palantir Foundry, Google Cloud, AutoAI, and Google Colab for data processing, modeling, and automation.
• Design and maintain data warehouses, data transformations, and analytics solutions for AI/ML initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and communicate technical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Expertise in time series forecasting, including ARIMA, Prophet, LSTMs, and machine learning approaches.
• Experience with feature engineering, model optimization, performance evaluation, data pipelines, ETL, and data transformation.
• Experience with Boomi, SnapLogic, SSIS, or Palantir, including Palantir Foundry.
• Proficiency with Google Cloud services such as BigQuery, Vertex AI, and Cloud Functions.
• Experience querying large-scale datasets, data lakes, relational databases, and using AutoAI and Google Colab.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps, continuous deployment, model monitoring, and retraining.
• Knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Background in supply chain, logistics, or operational forecasting.
• Experience with batch and real-time data processing architectures.
• Familiarity with C#, Java, or JavaScript.
