What you will do

• Process and manage customer orders from receipt through shipment, including scheduling and fulfillment tracking.
• Expedite contract orders, monitor backorders, and provide updates on shipment status, availability, pricing, and order activity.
• Communicate with customers by telephone and email and resolve order-related issues promptly.
• Process customer credit card transactions according to established procedures.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Accounting, Technical Services, and Inside Sales to resolve operational, technical, credit, and reporting issues.
• Meet individual performance goals while contributing to shared team objectives and a customer-centric service experience.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of related office or order services experience.
• Fluent English and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft products.
• Ability to manage orders accurately from initial receipt through shipment and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong customer-service, organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and lift or carry up to 25–50 pounds as required.
