Enterprise Solutions Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to strengthen the technical side of enterprise sales.
• Work with customer and prospect technical contacts to provide tailored support and architect integrations.
• Create technical demonstrations that communicate product capabilities and value.
• Develop technical enablement resources, documentation, and self-service implementation tools.
• Identify recurring integration patterns and collaborate with product teams to turn them into scalable product features.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in software development, architecture, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience or demonstrated interest in working directly with customers on technical problems.
• Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Empathy for customers, sales teams, and product teams.
