Deployment Strategist - LATAM (AI)

Location: Remote in Argentina, Chile, Mexico, or Peru. Candidates based in Singapore may also be considered, with frequent customer travel and in-person collaboration at the Singapore office.

What you will do

• Meet strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals, workflows, and operational pain points.
• Own flagship opportunities from use-case identification through commercial structuring and close.
• Work closely with customers and Forward Deployed Software Engineers to deploy AI agent solutions into production.
• Guide customers on agent design, orchestration, production readiness, adoption, and measurable business impact.
• Present technical proposals and results to engineering leaders and C-suite executives while identifying opportunities across industries.
• Share field insights with Research teams and build compelling demonstrations of ElevenAgents and related AI technology.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity; enterprise customer experience is preferred.
• Experience with product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial judgment and comfort with value propositions, deal discussions, and enterprise sales cycles.
• Basic Python proficiency and familiarity with API integration for prototyping and demonstrations.
• Technical aptitude with LLMs, AI tooling, and agent frameworks, plus the ability to map enterprise workflows to AI systems.
• Mandarin and English proficiency required. Strong communication, problem-solving, ownership, and adaptability are expected.
