What you will do

• Research potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities across the United States.
• Analyze competitors, market trends, industry developments, and M&A activity.
• Evaluate companies based on service offerings, geographic reach, and strategic fit.
• Build acquisition prospect lists and maintain detailed company profiles.
• Prepare executive summaries, scorecards, and strategic recommendations.
• Support leadership with corporate growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, data analytics, or a related field.
• Previous internship, project, or coursework experience in finance, consulting, market research, or corporate strategy.
• Familiarity with financial analysis, valuation, or M&A concepts.
• Experience with research tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, or similar platforms.
• Strong research, analytical, communication, strategic-thinking, and organizational skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, with discretion when handling confidential information.
