Senior Manager, Information Security (AI)

Location: Santa Clara, United States; hybrid

Salary: $175,000–$265,000 per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Build and execute a unified security roadmap and budget across corporate IT, cloud, and product development.
• Lead identity governance, endpoint detection and response, vendor risk management, incident response, and compliance readiness.
• Protect chip design IP, EDA workflows, source code, software supply chains, cloud environments, and customer-facing inference systems.
• Partner with hardware teams on supply-chain security, hardware roots of trust, secure boot, chip identifiers, and anti-counterfeiting measures.
• Establish controls for internal AI agents, external bots, agentic traffic, and emerging AI regulations.
• Partner with IT, SRE, Engineering, and Facilities to strengthen infrastructure and physical security while maintaining efficient product delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of information security experience and 3+ years leading security programs or teams.
• Technical literacy across corporate IT, RBAC, MDM, SIEM, Kubernetes, cloud environments, and CI/CD security.
• Experience protecting sensitive intellectual property and source data in semiconductor, hardware, defense, or similar engineering environments.
• Practical understanding of LLMs, autonomous AI agents, APIs, and sensitive data handling.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Must work in a hybrid arrangement based in Santa Clara, United States.

Nice to have

• Semiconductor or hardware supply-chain security experience, including foundry or OSAT relationships, secure IP transfer, hardware roots of trust, or anti-counterfeiting.
• Experience securing hybrid, colocation, on-premises lab, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience managing SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 audits through certification.
• CISSP, CISM, or specialized AI/cloud security certifications.
