What you will do
- Perform customer onboarding including KYC and due diligence checks.
- Validate customer information and conduct signature verification.
- Create and maintain customer profiles in the Core Banking System.
- Handle customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and document management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Participate in system testing, process improvements, and business continuity activities.
Requirements
- Location: Must work on-site in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Philippines
- University degree in Banking & Finance or related business course.
- At least 3 years of relevant banking industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of teller services, branch operations, and BSP regulations.
- Official training in Signature Verification, KYC, and Customer Due Diligence.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
