Email Marketing Coordinator (Iterable)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and available during Pacific Time Zone hours.

Salary: $30–$33 per hour.

What you will do

• Own the daily production schedule for 6–8 newsletters across hirify.global, AfroTech, Travel Noire, and HealthStack.
• Build and send RSS-automated and manual campaigns in Iterable according to documented workflows.
• Apply editorial judgment and campaign performance data to manual newsletter curation.
• Perform pre-send QA covering content, links, assets, compliance, audiences, rendering, and scheduling.
• Maintain audience snapshots, list health metrics, and weekly or bi-weekly KPI reporting.
• Coordinate with editorial, creative, engineering, and marketing stakeholders while documenting and escalating platform issues.

Requirements

• Hands-on Iterable experience with campaign builds, audience lists, segmentation, analytics, and templates.
• Experience managing high-volume email production across multiple properties and automated or manual workflows.
• Strong QA discipline and the ability to follow detailed processes accurately under time pressure.
• Ability to analyze open rates, click-through rates, engagement data, and audience trends.
• Proficiency with Claude, Google Suite, and Asana, plus clear written communication and independent problem-solving.
• U.S. work authorization and availability aligned with Pacific Time Zone are required.

• HTML and CSS for email.
• Google Analytics experience.
• Experience with editorial newsletters serving Black and multicultural audiences.
