Salary: $215,000β$300,000 annual base compensation, plus cash and stock option awards and benefits.

What you will do
- Own FPGA integration and test environments for multiple airborne products.
- Develop test benches, simulation workflows, continuous integration, timing analysis, elemental analysis, and build processes.
- Establish DO-254-compliant peer review and testing processes.
- Qualify relevant design and verification tools and develop efficient product verification strategies.
- Collaborate across the vertically integrated embedded systems and aircraft technology stack.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of full-cycle electronics hardware development experience in a professional environment.
- Professional experience designing FPGA digital logic with industry-standard design, simulation, and synthesis tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work with U.S. export-controlled technology as a U.S. person or with applicable government authorization.
- Must be willing to travel 10% of the time.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience with safety-critical FPGA verification at DO-254 Level A/B or equivalent.
