Focus on executing CFOs, rated feeders, GP financings, and GP Stakes financings while coordinating rating agency, syndication, legal, credit risk, and client processes.

What you will do

• Support the origination, structuring, and placement of fund finance capital markets transactions.
• Conduct diligence on fund strategies, GP structures, LP portfolios, and investor bases.
• Build financial models and prepare investor marketing materials.
• Support internal committee processes, capital markets execution, rating agency work, and syndication activities.
• Coordinate transaction execution with clients, legal counsel, credit risk, and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Fund Finance and Classic FIG teams across NAV, Subline, ABL, CLO, and GP advisory offerings.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in fund finance, investment banking, private credit, or structured finance.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• SIE, Series 7, Series 63, and/or Series 79 licensing, or ability to obtain the required licenses within four months of joining.
