What you will do
- Lead scientific research supporting innovative semiconductor device architectures.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments to meet process engineering specifications.
- Develop and integrate process steps for complex microprocessor manufacturing.
- Drive process changes, troubleshoot lithography and overlay performance, and optimize reliability.
- Ramp technologies to manufacturing volumes and transfer them to manufacturing teams using Copy Exactly methodology.
- Contribute to lectual property development and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years, Master’s degree with 3+ years, or Ph.D. with 2+ years of experience in a relevant STEM field.
- Experience with semiconductor processing, semiconductor fabrication, or nanotechnology.
- Knowledge of design of experiments, Statistical Process Control, and computational data skills.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in overlay development, scanner/track/lithography metrology, or lithography process layer development.
- Experience with integrated process development, process troubleshooting, coding for data collection and analysis, and robust process development.
- Understanding of modern semiconductor manufacturing, lithography equipment, automation systems, and factory control systems.
Nice to have
- Equipment development and vendor interaction experience.
- Experience with ASML scanner EUV and DUV platforms.
- Familiarity with factory automation or manufacturing control systems.
