Software Engineer III

What you will do

• Develop new features, enhancements, and medium-complexity refactoring for distributed web applications.
• Design and build REST services, APIs, integrations, and interoperating backend subsystems.
• Debug and resolve moderately complex issues while improving code quality and system reliability.
• Implement unit and integration tests and follow secure software development practices, including OWASP guidance.
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to technical documentation and presentations.
• Estimate and prioritize work within Agile SDLC processes, coordinating releases and raising delivery risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of software engineering experience.
• Professional experience with C# in distributed web application environments, including microservices, databases, queues, caches, containers, or serverless systems.
• Experience with Azure services and APIs or an equivalent cloud platform, plus Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience with REST API design, third-party integrations, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment methodologies.
• Experience working with large-scale web applications and Agile software development practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with data processing or data engineering.
