Group Treasury Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity, funding decisions, cash buffers, and payment calendars across multiple entities and currencies.
• Own short- and medium-term cash flow forecasting and invest excess cash in short-term instruments.
• Manage FX conversions, monitor currency balances and costs, and improve pricing and execution with banking partners.
• Oversee payment scheduling, prioritisation, routing, exceptions, corridor issues, and payment success rates.
• Work directly with banks and payment providers to improve global payment infrastructure.
• Own and continuously improve treasury systems, reporting, payment workflows, banking portals, Atlar, and NetSuite.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing treasury operations in an international company.
• Experience with multi-entity treasury, multi-currency cash management, liquidity management, and cash forecasting.
• Experience with FX execution, payment operations, banking relationships, and Treasury Management Systems or payment orchestration platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, commercial judgement, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership, independent decision-making, curiosity, and a proactive hands-on approach.
• Fluent English required.

• Experience with Atlar, Kyriba, GTreasury, Trovata, Coupa Treasury, Ramp, or similar solutions.
